通过对连铸板坯的轻压下过程分析,推导出了可全面反映压下效率的理论计算式,考察了压下量与液芯厚度对板坯压下效率的影响规律.结果表明:在相同液芯厚度下,当压下量小于2.3mm时,压下效率随压下量的增加而增加;压下量大于2.3mm时,压下效率不受压下量影响,保持某个定值;相同压下量下,压下效率随液芯厚度的增加而线性增加;当压下量大于2.3mm时,压下效率η与液芯厚度h满足关系式:η=-0.00902+0.01155h. |

Based on the analysis of continuous casting slab soft reduction process, an expression to calculate soft reduction efficiency was deduced, and the effects of soft reduction amount and liquid core thickness on reduction efficiency were investigated. The results show that the reduction efficiency increases linearly with the increase of liquid core thickness as reduction amout is the same, and as the reduction amount is bigger than 2.3 mm, the relationship of reduction efficiency η and thickness of liquid core h can be expressed by η=-0.00902d-0.01155h. For the same thickness of liquid core, the increase of reduction amount will induce the increase of reduction efficiency as reduction amount is less than 2.3 mm, while the reduction amount has little effect on reduction efficiency as reduction amount is bigger than 2.3 mm. |
