利用自准直法,在303~443K温度范围内,用0.473、0.633、1.064、1.319和1.338μm等波长测量了Nd~(3+):Gd_3Ga_5O_(12)(Nd:GGG)晶体的折射率,得到了上述波长的折射率温度系数和测量温度范围内修正的Sellmeier方程的常数。用色散方程和折射率温度系数表达式,计算了相应温度下在0.473~1.338μm波段内任意波长的折射率及折射率温度系数。 |

The refractive indices of Nd~(3+):Gd_3Ga_5O_(12)(Nd:GGG) crystal had been measured by the auto-collimation method at wavelengths of 0.473 ban,0. 6328μm,1. 064 ban,1.319 ban,and 1. 338 ban at the temperature range from 303 K to 443 K respectively. The thermal refractive index coefficients were obtained at these wavelengths and the constants of modified Sellmeier' s equation were also obtained at the temperature range The refractive index thermal refractive index coefficient of Nd:GGG crystal can be calculated with the Sellmeier's scattering equation and the thermal refractive index coefficient expression at any wavelength within the waveband of 0. 473 tan to 1.338 tan,respectively. |
