文摘	浮游动物生物量是海洋生态系研究的重要参数之一。常用生物量的测定方法根据其原理主要可分为4类：生物个体分级数目估算法(Body-sized counting estimation)、体积法(Volu- metric)、重量法(Gravimetric)，和生物化学分析法(Biochemical analysis)。文中介绍了各类常用测定方法，并对它们的适用性进行了分析。
