用球磨分散方法制备了细颗粒B_4C-SiC/C石墨复合材料,采用热分析仪器测量了材料在800、1200和1400℃下的抗氧化行为,用扫描电镜观测了氧化样品的表面形貌。结果表明:细颗粒B_4C-SiC/C石墨复合材料氧化后有优良的自愈合抗氧化性能,因为均匀分散的细颗粒陶瓷粒子可以迅速形成保护膜覆盖在基体表面,有效地抑制基体进一步氧化. |

Fine-grained B_4C-SiC/C composites were prepared by using ball-milling dispersion process. The oxidation behaviors of both fine-grained and coarse-grained B_4C-SiC/C composites at temperatures of up to 1400 °C were analyzed by the thermal differential thermal analysis technique, and the surface morphology of the composites after isothermal oxidation at 800 ℃, 1200℃and 1400 ℃ was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that fine-grained B_4C-SiC/C composites had excellen oxidation resistance with self-healing properties during 800~1400 °C due to fast oxidation rate of fine-grained carbide dispersing uniformly on the surface of composite and rapid formation of thin and smooth borosilicate glass film covering the surface of composite. |
