野菊花二氧化碳超临界萃取物的化学成分研究

目的 研究贵州产野菊花(Chrysanthemum indicum L.)挥发油的化学成分。方法 采用二氧化碳超临界萃取法和水蒸汽蒸馏法分别提取野菊花挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果 水蒸汽蒸馏提取物得率是0.32%,鉴定出46个化学成分;二氧化碳超临界萃取物得率是3.4%,鉴定出60个化学成分。结论 贵州产野菊花挥发油的主要成分为单萜烯类、倍半萜烯类及其含氧衍生物等。与水蒸汽蒸馏法相比,超临界萃取法具有耗时少、准确、效率高和提取完全等优点。 |

To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum L.. METHODS The essential oil was obtained by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) and steam distillation. The chemical compositions were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents in the essential oil were determined by area nomalization. RESULTS The extraction efficiency of steam distillation was 0.32% , and 46 chemical constituents were separated and identified. The extraction efficiency of supercritical fluid extraction was 3.4%, and 60 chemical constituents were separated and identified. CONCLUSION Monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes and their oxo-derivatives appeared to be the major chemical constituents in the oil from the flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum L. . The SFE method demonstrated many advantages, such as short extraction time, and accurate with high extraction efficiency, etc. |
